Lemon Cream Cheese Cake with Only 4 Ingredients

 

1 can of lemon pie filling (16 oz.)

1 box of yellow cake mix (15 oz.)

4 ounces of cream cheese, cut into small pieces.

1/2 cup of unsalted butter, cut into thin slices.

Getting ready.

Heat the oven to 350º F and lightly grease a square baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

Pour the lemon pie filling into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly in the corners.

Put half of the cake mix on top, distribute the cubed cream cheese evenly, and then sprinkle the rest of the cake mix.

Put thin slices of butter on top of the cake mix, covering as much of the cake as you can.

Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Take out of the oven and allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
